iStyle Furniture is here to help you process your warranty as quickly and easily as possible. Most of the items come with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. *Please note some manufacturers may have a shorter warranty time than others.
Please inspect all items at the time of delivery/pick up we will not accept damage claims after delivery.

Warranty Covered Items:
Frames used on upholstered and leather product
The wood inside or outside. iStyle Furniture offers additional protection warranties for up to 5 years from a third party company. Please call our store for more information on purchasing additional warranties.
Any manufacturer defects
Springs and webbed seating system
The metal spring systems are generally, sinuous, wire seating springs, and where applicable, back springs.
The webbed seating system is the webbing used to support the seating area

Recliner Mechanisms
The metal frame
The power buttons and reclining mechanism
The power box and cords that attach

Cushioning
Including unattached cushioning which means each cushion core in an unattached (loose).
Attached cushion which means each cushion seat is attached to the product

FLOOR SAMPLE OR DISCONTINUED
Any item bought from the clearance or marketed as a “Floor Sample” automatically have voided warranty. Any damages before or after will be covered by the customer only.
Display items automatically have a voided warranty. Any damages before or after will be covered by the customer only.
No claims will be accepted on the floor model, clearance, or display items.
Not Covered
ABUSE OR TRANSPORTATION DAMAGES
Misuse or abuse of furniture
Jumping or climbing on furniture
Misuse of mechanical furniture
(1) Opening and closing for play
(2) Jumping or climbing on reclined furniture
Smoking that may leave stains or burns
Dropping furniture
Weather damages
Pet or human stains
Chemical damage by cleaning products
Pick up or transportation damage by the customer will result in the warranty being voided.
Any items lost or damaged after a customer picks up from the store are no longer covered by warranty
Customer takes full responsibility once they pick up furniture.
PLEASE INSPECT BEFORE TAKING FROM THE STORE ANY DAMAGE FOUND AFTER WILL NOT BE CLAIMED.
CHEMICAL TREATMENTS
Warranties do not cover damages or defects caused by use of chemical treatments or protective coatings on the finish, leather, or upholstered fabric.
Household cleaners
Bleach
Adhesive for protective coverings
CHEMICAL DAMAGES VOID WARRANTY
Inadequate cleaning
Inadequate cleaning
Harsh unapproved chemicals
Scrubbing off finishes, leather, fabric
Stains left after chemicals
Discoloration of fabric or leathers from chemicals
Peeling of fabric or leathers from chemicals
LEATHER, UPHOLSTERED FABRIC, AND WOOD
Pulling of fabric, leather or bonded leather
Peeling away parts of the leather, fabric, or bonded leather
Picking at raised fabric resulting in tearing
Warranty does not cover damages resulting from excessive soiling or improper or unapproved cleaning methods.
Urine or other bodily fluids
Chemical treatments or cleaners
Fading or other damages resulting from sun exposure.
Furniture left in an area with sun exposure has risks of wood, fabric, leather, or bonded leather changing color due to heat and intense sun exposure.
Damages resulting from household humidity.
The bubbling of fabric, leather, or wood may result when intense heat and water are in the surrounding area.
Damages resulting from any liquid.
Including but not limited to alcohol and water.

Modifications by the customer to furniture also voids the warranty.
