1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  1. 2. All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused condition. Mattresses, Foundations, Bedding, Clearance and Special Order (Non stock) items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  2. 3. Some vendors may be excluded from our return policy, and any exceptions will be noted on the item page.
    1. 4. Special orders - Items that have to be ordered from the manufacturer and shipped to the store per customer request. Custom fabrics or configurations are non-refundable.
      1. 5. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
      2. 6. We will provide you with the correct return warehouse address for your item.
      3. 7. All returns and exchanges are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped with our “Free Shipping,” we will charge our “actual” outbound shipping charges as the shipping charges are included in the price but customer will still be charged the round trip shipping costs incurred by iStyle Furniture.
      4. 8.  All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
      5. 9. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled, it is no longer returnable unless written exemption was provided by iStyle Furniture.
      6. 10. Your refund will be processed once iStyle Furniture receives the returned merchandise.

    4. We also recommend that customers measure the space where they plan to place their new furniture to ensure that it will fit properly. If an item needs to be returned because it does not fit, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee, as well as round trip actual shipping fees incurred by iStyle Furniture.
