RETURNS

iStyle Furniture understands that buying furniture is a big step and takes a lot to be sure that the furniture you are purchasing is perfect for your home. iStyle Furniture does not accept returns after purchase and ordering of any product. We do give a 30 day grace period on layaway items; for in-store purchases only, that have not been placed on order. Special orders or any customized orders are not allowed returns. Mattress, box springs, and adjustable bases are not refundable under manufacturer policy. Some accessories may be returned within a 48 hour period after purchase. A pick-up and redelivery fee will be applied for all returns and reselections. Delivery of your original order is a non-refundable fee and cannot be used for returns of goods or reselection. iStyle Furniture provides manufacturer warranties on items that are defected by the manufacturer, refunds may not be available if an item is under warranty. Any refunds that are approved by management will be returned in the form of original payment. Please contact our store if you think you qualify for a return.
